(iv) copies of any block funding contracts with health service providers for special educational needs provision

3. The number of requests and the reasons fore the refusals (including

Response: None refused
4. Copies of any block funding contracts with health service providers for
special educational needs provision
Response: The attached document is the block contract between the LA and
SCT for 2011/2012 which was extended for another year to run until the end
of March 2013.
The contract for 2013/2014 is being reviewed given the changes nationally
which impact on the commissioning arrangements
