Could you please provide the following information for years 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 respectively in relation to your Local Authority(LA) maintained/state-funded mainstream schools (not special schools, pupil referral units or out-of borough pupils):

1) SEN WITHOUT STATEMENT & COSTS
The percentage of pupils with SEN without statement by month of birth and gender in:

a) your LA maintained/state-funded primary schools and
b) your LA maintained/state-funded secondary schools

and the financial cost to your LA in relation to providing additional support for these
pupils whether by the level of funding provided to school budgets and/or the level of funding held centrally:

Due to a change in our IT system, we are unable to send responses to FOI
requests to the "what do they know" website email.This is because the
"what do they know" website creates a different email address for each FOI
request. The consequence of that, is that our IT system will send our FOI
response to your initial request email address, which may be different to
your latest FOI request.

Therefore, can you please supply me with your own email address that you
