Dear Mr Bennett

Your request for information ref. SOT76753 about residential properties
that qualify to be licensed under the local authority's selective
licensing scheme

We have now considered your request and a copy of the information is
attached and below.

Please can you provide me with the following information under the Freedom
of Information Act:-

Addresses of all residential properties that are within your councils area
that qualify to be licensed under your selective licensing scheme.

Response: Please find attached a list of current streets and boundary maps
of the current Selective Licensing schemes. Any property which is
privately rented within these two areas requires a licence. We do not hold
a complete list of properties in the schemes areas which are privately
rented as tenures constantly change and properties become empty, re-let,
owner occupied and can be let to family members.

The names of the owners/license holders of those properties.

Response: We are able to provide the names of the owners/licence holders
of properties which are licensed within the two schemes. Please see a copy
of the public register. However, as stated above, tenures change
constantly and we therefore do not hold a complete list of the names of
the owners of all privately rented properties in the scheme areas.

The date that the licence was issued.

Response: Please see attached copy of our public register.
