Selection test scores for rail drivers by ethnicity

Office of Rail and Road did not have the information requested.

Dear Office of Rail and Road,

I read with interest RSSB's technical report, "Validation Study of the Train Driver Psychometric Assessment Process".

I am interested in possible adverse impact due to selection tests. I was wondering if you may hold data on selection test scores for rail drivers by ethnicity for the past couple of years.

If available, I would like the scores by test type and by ethnic group, along with the group sample sizes and standard deviations.

Let me know if you hold this type of data or if another office might.

Yours faithfully,

John Fuerst
