Please see below request for clarification from our Appeals Team:
 
We do hold data on successful/unsuccessful admission appeals but we need
clarification of the request, please, as we manage about 1,500 appeals a
year for most schools in Bucks and many schools in Milton Keynes.

Do you want a figure for the number of all appeals we have managed over
the last four years? Or is the request for a particular type of appeal
(e.g. infant class size, prejudice) or type of school (primary/grammar/
upper/ Milton Keynes academy or primary etc) and/or a year group?
 
We will not be able to take this matter further without this
clarification. Please let us know by 14 December 2022.
 
If we do not hear from you within the timeframe provided, we shall take it
that you do not wish to pursue this request and will consider the request
closed.

Thanks , My enquiry is related ONLY for Burnham Grammar
School , for year 7 entry for children who didn’t attain the
121 pass mark - then went to 1) selection review- how many upheld ? And 2) who went to Independent appeal panel - how many were upheld here? Can please have data for last 4 years
