1. Could you please furnish a copy (or provide links to online sources) to all committee transactions in all formats, at which securing the advice or services of Peter Mensch (celebrity agent and manager) in connection with musicians to appear at the Olympics 2012 events were discussed or deliberated upon.

2. Could you also provide details of all fees (directly or indirectly) paid to this man or agents or companies associated with or representing his interests in respect of this appearance.
