How many illegal disposable vapes/e-cigarettes/e-liquids were seized between the following period:
1st Jan 2023 - 29th Feb 2024

How many cases have been identified, where a business is stocking, or in possession of, illegal vaping products between the period:
1st Jan 2023 - 29th Feb 2024

How many illegal packets of cigarettes were seized between the following period:
1st Jan 2023 - 29th Feb 2024

The Council’s response is set out below:

 

Your request for information has been considered by the Council under the
Freedom of Information Act 2000. I can confirm that the information
requested is not held by Bradford Council and therefore, this response
acts as a refusal notice under section 17(1) of the Freedom of Information
Act in accordance with section 1(1)(a) of the Act.
