1. How many illegal disposable vapes/e-cigarettes/e-liquids were seized
between the following periods:
a. 1st Jan 2024- 29th Feb 2024
No illegal disposable vapes/e-cigarettes/e-liquids were seized in this
period.
b. 1st Jan 2023-31st December 2023
545 disposable vapes/e-cigarettes/e-liquids were seized in this period.

2. How many cases have been identified, where a business is stocking, or
in possession of, illegal vaping products between the periods:
a. 1st Jan 2024- 29th Feb 2024
No cases have been identified, where a business was stocking, or in
possession of, illegal vaping products between this period.

b. 1st Jan 2023-31st December 2023
8 cases have been identified, where a business was stocking, or in
possession of, illegal vaping products between this period.

3. How many illegal packets of cigarettes were seized between the
following periods:
a. 1st Jan 2024- 29th Feb 2024
No illegal packets of cigarettes were seized between in this period.

b. 1st Jan 2023-31st December 2023
No illegal packets of cigarettes were seized between in this period.
