How many illegal disposable vapes/e-cigarettes/e-liquids were seized between the following period:
1st Jan 2023 - 29th Feb 2024
How many cases have been identified, where a business is stocking, or in possession of, illegal vaping products between the period:
1st Jan 2023 - 29th Feb 2024
How many illegal packets of cigarettes were seized between the following period:
1st Jan 2023 - 29th Feb 2024

The Council’s response is that the information you have requested is not held by Kirklees Council as this local authority does not undertake any trading standards work. Trading Standards is part of West Yorkshire Joint Services, which is a separate organisation from the Council, and which deals with trading standards issues on behalf of West Yorkshire councils.
