SEES Scheme 2002/2003 - Payments to Insulation Suppliers

Herefordshire Council did not have the information requested.

Thomas McCulloch

Dear Herefordshire Council,

It has been confirmed in an email sent to the Leader of the Council that negotiations had taken place with Cosy Coat Insulations and Domestic & General to carry out insulation works under the above Scheme (2002/2003). It has further been confirmed in an email from the Leader of the Council that Cosy Coat Insulations and Domestic & General appear to have done the bulk of the work under the Scheme for that year. I have now had sight of the Insulation Suppliers Report listing payments made to Insulation Suppliers and noticed that in the year ending 31st March 2003 payments to Cosy Coat Insulations have been omitted from the Report.

Questions:
1) Since Cosy Coat Insulations, together with Domestic & General, appear to have done the bulk of the work during that financial year, and assuming Cosy Coat Insulations did not carry out the installations free of charge, please can you confirm why payments to Cosy Coat Insulations were omitted from the Report?

2) If the payments to Cosy Coat Insulations were omitted from the Report in error, please can you advise me of the total payments made to Cosy Coat Insulations for the year ending 31st Match 2003.

Yours faithfully,

Thomas McCulloch
