When the Council runs a 'Seek Views' consultation how is the deadline calculated?
For example, is it x number of (working) days from the publication date on the Council website.

I refer to your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
The majority of Monmouthshire County Council's 'seeks views' consultations are around subject to statutory consultation timings which are typically 12 weeks. The website is updated with the papers/ plans, relevant associated documents and ways of getting in touch when the consultation is about to begin. There are occasions where timings may vary depending on the subject.
