Fire alarm
Fire Extinguishers
Access control
CCTV
Mobile patrol response/keyholding services.
Could you please confirm:
1. You have maintenance and service contracts in place for all of the above
2. Who provides the services for you
3. Approximate annual value of each service
4. When these were last tendered
5. When they will be next tendered
6. Which tender portal you use to select suppliers
7. Is the tender process carried out in accordance with OJEC requirements

Thank you for your request for information as detailed below (if I have
misunderstood any part of your request, please let me know as soon as
possible, otherwise I shall continue to retrieve the information as
outlined):

 

In relation to the following services, Intruder alarm, Fire alarm, Fire
Extinguishers, Access control, CCTV, Mobile patrol, response/keyholding
services.

Could you please confirm:

 

1)       You have maintenance and service contracts in place for all of
the above

2)       Who provides the services for you

3)       Approximate annual value of each service

4)       When these were last tendered

5)       When they will be next tendered

6)       Which tender portal you use to select suppliers

Your request was received 22 February 2017 and I am dealing with it under
the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

In some circumstances a fee may be payable and if that is the case I will
let you know. A fees notice will be issued to you, and you will be
required to pay before I will proceed to deal with your request.

You will receive the information requested within 20 working days unless
the Royal Cornwall Hospital does not hold the information or there is a
reason for it to be withheld. I will write to you in any event.
