4. When these were last tendered
5. When they will be next tendered

Request under Freedom of Information Act 2000

 

I write further to our previous correspondence and set out the following
information:

 

1.            We have maintenance and service contracts in place for all
Fire & Security and Lone Working.

2.            Fire Extinguishers and CCTV was awarded to Universal and
Lone Working to Blackline GPS.

3.            Fire Ext & CCTV is approximately £20,000 + vat and Lone
working is approximately £2,000 + vat

4.            These were last tendered July 2015

5.            Work on preparing the tender will begin in May 2017

6.            The College uses Contractsfinder tender portal

7.            Yes the tender process carried out in accordance with OJEC
requirements

 

This provides the appropriate response for your request for information
concerning the College’s Intruder alarm Fire alarm Fire Extinguishers
Access control CCTV Mobile patrol response/keyholding services.

 

I can confirm that no information has been withheld as a result of any
exemption or public interest test.
