Section 38 & 106 for Northfields Estate Colchester

Thomas Rowe made this Freedom of Information request to Essex County Council

This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

The request was successful.

Dear Essex County Council,

Can you please provide the Section 38 Agreement and the Section 106 Agreement between the Developer (Linden Homes) and the local planning authority and/or the Highways authority, for all phases of the development on the land at Turner Village Hospital Turner Road Mile End Colchester.

I think the Application number is: 090751.

I'm looking to understand what agreements assurances and dates were put in place during the planning application with the local planning authority CBC to ensure the roads were correctly adopted once the building had finished.

Yours faithfully,

Thomas Rowe
