1. A copy of the current register of s251 approvals made by the Secretary of State under Regulation 6 of the Health Service (Control of Patient Information) Regulations 2002 - the one on the CAG website does not appear to have been updated since March 2017
2. If not formally a part of that register copies of the full text of the following approvals and any information held confirming (or otherwise) the extension of these approvals beyond March 2017:

(a) CAG 7-07(a-c)/2013
(b) CAG 7-04(a)/2013

3. The approval date and the expiry date of the above approvals if not apparent from the register or the approvals
