Dear Sussex Police,

I made a request under the Freedom of Information Act on the 20th August for information relating to the use of section 14 of the Public Order Act at Balcombe protest camp.

I received an acknowledgement, but have not received the information I requested within the set 20 days.

Could you please let me know when I am likely to get a response?

Yours faithfully,

Val Swain

Dear Sussex Police,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Sussex Police's handling of my FOI request 'Section 14 POA order'.

On 20th August I received from Sussex Police an acknowledgement of my request for documentation relating to the decision to impose Section 14 conditions on the anti-fracking protests at Balcombe.

I have since had no further response. Sussex police are long overdue in their obligation to supply the requested information, or provide reasons why the information is exempt under the Freedom of Information Act.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/s...

Yours faithfully,

Val Swain
