Dear Robert Baxter

Further to your request, to advise Stratford District Council have
received the following amounts in respect of the S106 obligations within
the legal agreement:

Affordable Housing Off Site Obligation £ 1,052,679.29

Open Space Obligation £ 32,79.27

These amounts are to be spent in accordance with the legal covenants of
the s106 Agreement. For further information on the Affordable Housing
monies of which some to date have been spent you will need to contact John
Gordon - contact email address is [email address]

The Open Space obligation has also been spent and Helen Smith who looks
after these spending's will be able to advise how this was spent. Her
contact email address is [email address].

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. An internal review request should be
submitted in writing within 40 working days of receiving the original
reply and should be addressed to:

In regards to your FOI Request, I have made further enquiries with the
relevant teams and advise that you can view section 106 agreements since
2013 by visiting [1]https://apps.stratford.gov.uk/eplanning/.

 

I can also confirm that £684,277.52 has been spent on affordable housing
and £368,401.77 remains unspent (of which £300,00 is committed for
affordable housing).  The remaining £68,401.77 needs to be committed by
08/02/2021 and spent by 08/02/2023.

 

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
