Section 106 query
Please can you advise why there is no s106 Agreement in respect of planning application BH2014/03006

Section 106 planning obligations are sought where these are necessary to the granting of planning permission in order to meet policy objectives.
In the case of BH2014/03006 this application was seeking ‘prior approval’ of matters associated with a development which is already allowed under permitted development rights.
In this case the permitted development right allowing offices to convert to residential use without requiring specific planning consent were introduced by the Government in May 2013.
