Dear Mr J Jones

Thank you for your request for a copy of the Section 106 Obligation from
our legal department relating to the development land at Piercefield Lane,
Penparcau, Aberystwyth - dated 02 September 2016.

The information is exempt under Section 21 of the FOI Act because it is
