Section 106 money Rochdale

The request was partially successful.

Dear Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council,

I would like a list of all Section 106 agreements between Rochdale MBC and developers in 2012/13, 2013/14 2014/15 2015/16 and the Municipal year to date.

I would like to know for each agreement: (a) The name of the developer (b) The ward in which the application affected (c) The amount.

Further to this, I would like to request, by Council Ward what RMBC have spent the proceeds of any 106 order on? I look forward to your reply.

Yours faithfully,

David Hennigan

Dear Mr Hennigan

“I would like a list of all Section 106 agreements between Rochdale MBC

Please find attached a list of Section 106 agreements, including the name
of the applicant, in many cases this will be the developer, although
because the agreement applies to the development not the developer, the
development may be sold on before it is developed and still be subject to
the Section 106 agreement, the address of the development and the amount,
broken down in to its contingent parts. We do not as a matter of course
record the ward, so this information is not recorded in the table, but can
be worked out from the address. Prior to January 2013, scanned records did
not include legal agreements being scanned as separate documents, so I
have not been able to provide details of contributions before that date.

I have also provided a copy of all of the Township and Cabinet reports
dealing with the allocation of Section 106 contributions during the
specified period, where the committee decision has deviated from the
recommendations of the report, I have included the minute of the
committee. In some cases individual wards are identified, in other cases
they can be worked out from the address.

Regards

Nick
