Dear Tower Hamlets Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Tower Hamlets Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Section 106 Legal Agreement for PA/12/03315 and current use'.

I have only been provided with the planning application documents which are currently available on the Tower Hamlets website, I have not been provided any satisfactory information about the Intermediate 22 2-bed flats that NHG was supposed to provide to Tower Hamlets.

Furthermore, I have reached out to NHG, and they have not been able to locate these affordable Intermediate houses in their portfolio, Can Tower Hamlets provide any information it holds about these homes.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/s...

Yours faithfully,

david
