Section 106 details of Linden Homes development at Chase Farm

The request was refused by Enfield Council.

Dear Enfield Council,

Please could you provide me with the Section 106 agreements and amendments relating to the Linden Homes development at Chase Farm?
Can you also tell me how the open space, play facilities, and other publicly-accessible parts of the development will be maintained and who will manage the maintenance? If a management company is to be involved can you tell me which of the three government-approved Redress Schemes it will belong to?

This is an operational matter and is outside the scope of FOI legislation. Please note that S106 agreements need to be purchased from the Council's Land Charges team and a fee of £12 is payable per agreement. You will need to speak to Land Charges and pay the fee to receive a copy of the agreement.
