Section 106 agreement for the Woodberry Down estate redevelopment

In 2014 Hackney's planning committee granted planning permission to Berkeley homes for the redevelopment of the Woodberry Down estate.

the agreement.
The Council’s Response
The information you have requested is exempt under Section 21 of the
Freedom of Information Act.
Section 21 (2a) states that information which is reasonably accessible to
the applicant (even if it is accessible only on payment) is exempt. In
this instance, the information is available on the Councils website using

However to be of assistance, the relevant planning application reference
numbers are: 2013/3223 and 2018/2681.
Appeals & Complaints Procedure
