Mr Peter Chapman

Dear Mid Sussex District Council,

Please could you provide a categorised list of the section 106 contributions agreed between the various local councils and the applicant of planning number 12/01532/OUT (480 homes on land east of Kings Way Burgess Hill)

I tried to go though the documents on the planning portal, but the information wasn't clear as to what has been agreed.

Yours faithfully,

Mr Peter Chapman
