"Thank you for your email with the Section 106 Agreement about Enterprise Point. Under the Freedom of Information Act I would like some information about the funds raised for the following years ;
• 2009/10
• 2010/11
• 2011/12
• 2012/13
• 2014 to date
In particular I would like to know the following breakdown for each year to include data on:

1. The amounts raised for Education and how it was spent?
2. The amounts given to each Council Ward and how this was utilised?
3. Which schools in the Hanover Ward received funds?

Furthermore please can you give me information of how the funds were allocated to Public Art and Recreation were granted and how much was spent in the Hanover Ward.

Finally, although I appreciate that data for the year 2014/15 is incomplete I would like information on how funds to date, for Education, have been allocated and the proposals for the monies ,which are currently being negotiated, are to be used.

I appreciate I am requesting a lot of information on behalf of the Governors at St Martin's School and if we need to pay for the information the school are happy to do so."
