Section 106 Agreement

Dear WBC could you please supply me with a copy of the section 106 agreement on development 91 Bermuda Road Moreton OUT/1100397. I did request this two weeks ago but for some reason you have it mixed up with general rates request.

We apologise for the delay in responding to your enquiry regarding Section
106 agreement for 91 Bermuda Road, Moreton.

 

Our planning team have looked into this request and have confirmed that it
was originally approved, subject to a S106, as it met the threshold at the
time of 5 units. However the S106 Agreement was not signed and legislative
reform saw the threshold for a housing site being liable for Section 106
payments increased to 10 units, meaning there was no longer a need for a
S106 Agreement for this development.

 

We are therefore unable to assist you further.
