Dear Gleadhill, Lynn,

Hi.

To clarify, some developers do not pay money to the Council in S106 payments but have made local improvements ie new walk ways, parkland etc
if developers have made improvements to land as part of S106 obligations instead of cash what is the value of any improvements developers have carried out which has benefitted the general public.
Please do not include any improvements which only has access to by residents of the development.

Yours sincerely,

Scott Cooper
