I am responding to your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000,
which we received on 23 August 2017, for information held by the Council.
Your request is as follows:
- How many Section 106 agreements are currently in renegotiation?
At the time of responding, none
- How many Section 106 agreements have been renegotiated in each year
since 2012?
The following data relates to applications what have explicitly sought to
amend the S106 agreement only and not those applications which look to
amend a development scheme and the s106 is varied by way of a deed of
variation to simply link the legal agreement to the new permission
2012 - 0
2013 - 0
2014 - 1
2015 - 0
2016 - 1
2017 (to date) - 0
• How many affordable units were agreed under the original Section 106
agreement?
The two applications identified above did not relate to affordable housing
