Dear Competition and Markets Authority,
Between March 2017 and August 2017 the Competition and Markets Authority received a large amount of data from Seatwave, Getmein, Viagogo and Stubhub. That was subsequently used to make test purchases in regards to breaches of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How many test purchases did the CMA make on Seatwave.com after they visited the offices of Seatwave in March 2017 and how much was spent on each transaction?
How many test purchases did the CMA make on Getmein.com after they visited the offices of Getmein in March 2017 and how much was spent on each transaction?
How many test purchases did the CMA make on Viagogo after they raided the offices of Viagogo in July 2017 and how much was spent on each transaction?
How many test purchases did the CMA make on Stubhub after they raided the offices of Stubhub who subsequently supplied sales and listing data during August of 2017 and how much was spent on each transaction?
Can you please itemize each test purchases by
1) Purchase date.
2) Secondary website Seatwave, Getmein, Viagogo, Stubhub.
3) Event name.
4) Event date.
5) Number of tickets purchased.
6) Total amount spent.
Did the CMA make any test purchases on Seatwave, Getmein, Viagogo or Stubhub during the year 2018?
If YES then please state what Secondary ticketing website these were made on, the event, event date, number of tickets purchased and total amount spent.
As the alleged offences which these purchases were intended to uncover are all related to the CRA 2015 and therefore time bared by a 6 month period, can the CMA confirm on what dates that the CMA passed these details of each purchase over to North Yorkshire County Council Trading Standards?
Please also list any purchases that the CMA did not pass over to North Yorkshire County Council Trading Standards?
In light of the two recent court Judgments by Judge Alison McKenna at the FIRST-TIER TRIBUNAL where the allegation of untruthfulness against Nicola Pearson and North Yorkshire County Council Trading Standards plus the fact that they illegally created a device to bypass the time limit of the alleged offences along with using unreasonable behavior were made will the CMA be using NYCCTS for further enforcement in Secondary ticketing?
Link to judgment can be found at

Have the CMA contacted any of these secondary ticket sellers since March 2015 in regards to any updates to the CRA 2015?
Have the CMA contacted any other secondary ticket sellers with the new seller details that they obtained in any of the raids on Seatwave, Getmein, Viagogo, Stubhub?
This is in regards to the updates to the changes of the CRA law since the CMA originally made contact in March 2015?
