Under the above mentioned Act please could you supply me for the following information regarding all open Secondary phase educational establishments in the West Midlands region (Herefordshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Telford and Wrekin, Stoke-on-Trent, Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry, Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall, Wolverhampton):

• Establishment Name
• Unique Reference Number
• Local authority
• Establishment type
• Opening date
• Date of conversion (if change in type of establishment)
• Contact details: full postal address, contact name, telephone number, email address
• Basic characteristics: number of pupils, % girls/boys, % pupils that belong to minority ethnic group, % pupils receiving Free School Meals, % English as Additional Language, % pupils with SEN (including statements), Income Deprivation Affecting Children Index (IDACI) or other deprivation measure
• Ofsted inspection outcome
