Second request for Streatham Wells LTN stage 1 monitoring traffic count data
Dear Lambeth Borough Council,
Please could you provide the traffic count data, including details of the vehicle speeds and vehicle classifications, collected during February 2024 for the Streatham Wells LTN Stage 1 Monitoring Report for all of the LTN boundary roads as listed in Appendix B (page 22) of the report which can be found at the following location:
https://www.lambeth.gov.uk/sites/default...
I previously requested this in FOI IRN25096041 on 29th March 2024 and you refused that request stating the following:
"In respect of your request, I can advise that we are still currently in the process of
reviewing/compiling/completing the information you have asked for. We consider it
could be harmful to disclose information prematurely as to do so may undermine
ongoing work and prevent the Council from being able to make decisions in a safe
space. "
The Streatham Wells LTN was suspended in early March 2024 and that suspension was declared permanent 6 months later. All of the signage, planters and PCN cameras installed for the Streatham Wells LTN have now been removed. Any data collected during the monitoring of the now defunct Streatham Wells LTN should now be made available as requested by this FOI and I trust that you will now provide that data.
Yours faithfully,
Ian Armstrong
