Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of British Broadcasting Corporation's handling of my FOI request 'Search Warrants'.

Question 1 is quite simple. Are employees of Capita and also the licensing authority committing purjury when they apply for a search warrant based on evidence that is known to be false.

Question 2 I asked for a more detailed explanation of the detection camera system that is used in the mythical detector vans.

Question 3 Explain how knowing how a detection camera can differentiate between live broadcast and other forms of viewing. Are the licensing authority using the law enforcement exemption as a way to hide the bad science that is being used to cover up acts of purjury committed on behalf of the BBC.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,

Surely if the bbc had detecting equipment, they would be happy to show it off.
Are we to believe that there is technology used by the bbc, and that if we were to find out what it was, we would be able to counter it. Utter rubbish.
You have your answer. They have no detection equipment.

From the review:

"10. The BBC has also argued successfully that to release information about the number of detection devices, their technical details and how often they are used could alter the perception of the effectiveness of the BBC’s enforcement activity. The loss of the deterrent effect will lead to an increase in evasion rates, as potential evaders would be influenced by knowledge of the availability of detection activity and the number of search warrants obtained by the BBC against the chances of success in evading the licence fee."

This simply states that if the public ever got details of the detection devices used and the number of search warrants executed then evasion rates would increase. You may draw your own conclusion.

I have argued elsewhere that if detection was effective then the BBC could scare the entire country into compliance simply by giving public demonstrations of detection in operation. The fact that it chooses not to do so, thereby foregoing an increase in its revenue of over £100,000,000 annually, and its plain statement that knowledge of just how effective detection is would lead to INCREASED evasion, tells you all you need to know - effective detection is a myth perpetuated by the BBC. Statements like the one above, from the BBC itself, confirm this.

Agreed.

This is sound reasoning and almost certainly describes the situation.
However, why do people persist in tuning in to a propaganda organ of the state whose sole purpose is to misdirect, misinform and mislead everyone who watches it?
Why expose your children to this?

If people are put in front of a magistrate, then why do they not request disclosure on the accuracy of these detection devices and depositions to apply for a warrant in court. These devices would need to be regulated and authorized by the ministry of justice to be used for evidential purposes. If the warrant has been applied for Ultra vires, that is "beyond their powers" then any subsequent prosecution based on that tainted evidence will be unlawful.
