I am requesting the following information under the provisions of the freedom of information act.
For the years 2022, 2023 and 2024 to date of request please can you supply the following data -
1. The number of arrests made by water bailiffs.
2. The amount of stop and searches carried out by water bailiffs.

Enquiry regarding Enforcement
Thank you for your enquiry which was received on the 15^th August 2024
We respond to requests under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and
Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
We can advise the following
1. The number of arrests made by water bailiffs in 2022 is 2, 2023 is 1
and 2024 (to date) is 1.
2. Our water bailiffs do not have ‘stop and search’ powers.
