In your request you asked for the following information:

Please provide me with the minutes of any Committee managed by
Middlesbrough Council or where there is a Joint Committee of which
Middlesbrough Council is a member and where the issue of Water
Fluoridation was officially Scrutinised between 2015 and the date of this
FoI request.

this issue.

Response:

Under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act, we are not required to
provide information, which is already reasonably accessible to you.
Please find below links to the Health Scrutiny Panel / Overview and
Scrutiny Board minutes where any reference to Water Fluoridation has been
made. The issue has not been considered as a full review topic by the
panel, as part of its 2018/19 scrutiny work programme. The only work
that’s been undertaken by the panel is some awareness raising in respect
of the Public Health England event, as held in September at the Stadium of
Light. The panel has selected and prioritised other areas of work on which
to focus in 2018/19.
