Scrutiny of VPC Finances
Dear Devon and Cornwall Police and Crime Commissioner,
I write to you as the PCC responsible for the effective and appropriate spending of monies allocated to the Volunteer Police Cadets, which is co-ordinated by Devon and Cornwall Police.
Please provide the minutes and contributing papers of any meeting in which the PCC and representatives of the Chief Constable (or the Chief himself) discussed the cost effectiveness of the VPC Team and the distribution of funds provided by the Home Office.
Please also provide the minutes and contributing papers of any meeting in which the PCC cautioned, sanctioned or expressed dissatisfaction about the cost effectiveness or appropriateness of the distribution of funds provided by the Home Office.
Yours faithfully,
Sam Packer
