SCRIF - Project Business Cases
Dear Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield Combined Authority,
Please could you provide me with the Stage 1A (and Stage 1B if available) business cases and all appendices that have been submitted for schemes where funded has been sought from SCRIF Major Scheme Transport funding.
For clarity, the schemes I'm interested in are listed in table 1 of the minutes of this meeting of the Sheffield City Region Combined Authority.

Yours faithfully,
Matt Turner
Afternoon Mr Turner,
Sorry for the delay in responding to your query. My colleagues in the SCR
Executive Team have indicated that the stage 1A information is being
collated. I'll have this with you shortly.
The stage 1B information is in less of a state of readiness given where
most of the schemes are in respect of their development timescales.
Best regards
Craig

Dear Mr Turner
Thank you for your email of 3 September 2014 where you requested
information about the business cases submitted under the SCRIF Major
Transport Schemes. I apologise for not responding sooner.
Due to the nature of the information that you are seeking, your request
would be more appropriately addressed to South Yorkshire Passenger
Transport Executive, to which I transferred your request yesterday. SYPTE
will progress this as soon as possible so that you do not have to wait a
further 20 days.

Dear Leon Kaplan,
Thanks for getting back to me. I hadn't realised that SYPTE would hold this information, thanks for passing the request on.
Yours sincerely,
Matt Turner
Dear Mr Turner
Further to your request under the Freedom of Information Act I am writing
to advise you that we did not officially receive your request until
18/9/14. However, I am aware that you requested the information from the
Joint Secretariat on 3/9/14 and therefore I am trying to respond to your
e-mail in as timely a manner as possible.
I have received all of the information you requested except for the
business case from Barnsley which I hope to receive later this week/early
next week.
Once I have received all of the information I shall send it to our Legal
department for their approval and then I will send it all out to you.
Is this acceptable or would you like me to forward you what I have
(following approval) and then send the final Barnsley report at a later
date?
Kind regards
Rachel Cowling

Dear Rachel Cowling,
Thanks for getting back to me.
Depending on timescales it's probably best if you wait to get the full set of information and send it in one go, I imagine that this will be easier for you?
I'll be away for 2 weeks from Friday so won't be looking at anything you send until I'm back anyway.
Yours sincerely,
Matt Turner
