FREEDOM OF INFORMATION (SCOTLAND) ACT 2002
REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

Pursuant to the general right of access to information held by a scottish public authority under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 I make the following request for information:

Transport Scotland recently instructed Abellio Scotrail to draw up an improvement plan following widespread public disatisfaction about its reliability and level of service. I understand that this impreovement plan has been completed and provided to Transport Scotland by Abellio Scotrail. I have been unable to find a copy of it in the public domain and I therefore request the full content of the whole of that Improvement plan including all apendicies.

I look forward to recieving your substantive response within the statutory 20 working day deadline.
