Thank you for your request for information that was received on 4
September 2023. We are dealing with your request under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000
 
Under our normal statutory requirements we are required to provide you
with a response within 20 working days of the receipt of your request.

I am writing to ask you to clarify your request. This is because we need
further details from you in order to identify and locate the information.
 
Therefore I should be grateful if you would please define what should be
considered "temporary" accommodation for this request - please could you
outline a specific time period of intended use that the term "temporary"
refers to? 
 
I will not be able to take this matter further without this extra
information from you. Please let me know by 17/11/2023.
 
If I do not hear from you within the timeframe provided, I shall take it
