Dear Mr Pandere,

Thank you for your FOI request of 12th November 2014, requesting all
minutes and documents associated with the Schools Forum Funding sub group
going back to April 2013.

I have included this information in the attached documents for you. Please
be aware that these are very large documents therefore I have sent them to
you in multiple emails (to follow).

Please note that some of the information has been redacted under section
40 (2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which exempts personal
information from disclosure if disclosure would breach one or more
principles of the Data Protection Act 1998. Specifically, names of people
referred to within minutes and reports that have not given their
permission for their manes to be disclosed. As well as figures of less
than 5, due to the numbers being so low that it is possible that those who
already know, or can deduce, the identities of those concerned would learn
facts about them that it would be unfair for the council to disclose. In
this case we consider that disclosure in either of these cases would
breach the first principle, namely that personal information must be
fairly and lawfully processed and must meet one of the conditions for
processing as provided by schedule 2 of the Act. In this case we consider
that the disclosure would be unfair and unlawful and none of the
conditions for processing would be met.

Please find attached the Council’s appeals procedure for your information.

Please remember to quote the reference number above in any future
communications on this subject.

I trust this information resolves your query.

Yours sincerely

Good morning Mr Pandere,

I can confirm that due to the October agenda being very large, the attendees did not get through all items. Therefore, items that weren't presented at the October meeting were carried forward to the November meeting.

All documents for that meeting are included in attachment 8. At the time of your FOI request, the minutes of that meeting were not available. Should you wish to request these, a separate FOI request will need to be logged.

Yours sincerely
