Whats a UKPRN?

Steve
You may find that DCSF don't have this info for every school in the UK.

They are only responsible for schools in England. Education is a devolved responsibility.

A UKPRN is a form of ID-code listed on www.edubase.gov.uk - and if they can't do Scottish schools then I'll narrow the request.
