I made this request to Ceredigion County Council and they have advised me that you hold the requested information.

I am researching the level of support expressed for the new School Uniform policy for Penglais School, and wish to understand the level of public support for the changes. To this end, please could you supply me with the following information under the Freedom of Information Act:

1. All information you hold on the uniform consultation with parents for the new Penglais School Uniform. This should include written summaries, as well as all representations, results of focus groups and questionnaire scores, although you may anonymise any such representations as appropriate.

2. Extracts of the minutes of governor's meetings that discuss the uniform, where the extract contains all information relevant to the subject, including points made by governors and notes of decisions made. These should not be anonymised.

4. All information that will allow me to understand how the school uniform guidelines were chosen.
