Dear North Tyneside Metropolitan Borough Council,

I am conducting some research for a BSc topic relating to school swimming
provision and aquatics provision provided by local authorities and schools
for both Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 pupils.

For your area, I would appreciate if you could provide me with the
following details:
- Number of KS2 schools partaking in school swimming provisions (with %
uptake)
- Number of KS3 schools partaking in school swimming provisions (with %
uptake)
- Breakdown of cost for a school, for the provision of school swimming
(minus travel costs)
- What access / provision a school receives for the cost outlined above
- Curriculum pass rate percentage

If you are able to provide as much detail as you are able, that will
greatly assist with the research topic.
