Please can you provide me with 2012/13 school spend data you have available, I would prefer to receive the information in excel spreadsheet form with considerable focus on 2012/13 school spend including E1-E31 including Capital expenditure CE01, CE04 and E26, broken down per school, primary & secondary.

The latest published information on school spending is contained in the
2011-12 S251 Workbook for Barking and Dagenham (Table B of the workbook). 
This can be accessed on the DfE website;

Please be advised that the data for 12/13 will not be returned to DfE
until June 2013.
