Please note that your FOIA response complaint, made via ‘What do they know’ (WDTK), was received over 80 working days after your response was supplied, and as such there is no official requirement for the City of London Corporation (CoL) to respond to your complaint request after a period of 40 working days have elapsed following the formal FOIA response made to you.

I do not require any information other than the name of the schools.’
The CoL replied to your request on 13 February 2020, our response was NIL as we had not placed any young persons with ‘independent specialist SEN schools’. The CoL response text stated ‘No placements were made at independent specialist SEN schools in 2018/19.
As the CoL had not made any placements to schools of the type stated in your request, no school names were available to be disclosed, and this was the only information that you requested.
In conclusion the CoL does uphold your complaint concerning the content of the response that was supplied to you on the 13 February 2020, as there was no information that could be provided to you at the time of our response.
