Please can you provide me with the name of the current educational placement (school) of any young people, 16 years of age and under, with educational health care (EHCP) plans or statements, placed in independent or non-maintained provision?
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like you to supply me with the information requested for the previous academic year – 2020/2021.
I would ask you to provide the information in an excel document, broken down under the following headings:
Category of Need (SEMH, ASD, etc.)
Name of School
Type of placement - (Day or residential placement)
Cost of placement per year
I would be grateful if you could send your response in csv. or Excel format within the 20 day reply period.

is exempt under section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act and will not
be released.

 

Section 40(2) (personal information) allows a public authority to withhold
information if it contravenes the principles of the Data Protection Act.
This exemption has been applied where numbers are 5 or less. This is
because the local authority considers that this level of information,
together with any other information that may be available in the public
domain, could identify individuals.

 

The information supplied may be used for domestic or journalistic
purposes. Its use for commercial gain including issuing to the public,
social media or computer blogs may be subject to the issue of a licence
under the Reuse of Public Sector Information Regulations 2015.
