I can confirm that the Council holds this information. This information is
exempt under Section(s) 31 (1) (a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000
and is therefore being withheld.

Section 31(1)(a) covers the prevention or detection of crime, and
therefore can protect information on a public authority’s systems which
would make it more vulnerable to crime . 

Having considered the public interest, the Council’s decision is therefore
to withhold the information requested.
