Response
Unfortunately, the information you have requested is not held by
Lancashire County Council (LCC). LCC is not responsible for making such
decisions. Lancashire schools operate to delegated arrangements for the
provision of school meals. Therefore, only the individual schools would
record how many children have been refused a school meal due to parent
debt or inability to pay.
