Please provide meeting minutes for all governor meetings held between 5th November 2017 to date. Please include minutes for all sub committee meetings and extraordinary meetings.

Please confirm which members of Ceredigion LA staff have attended governor meetings along with details of which meetings they attended and the reason for their attendance.

Where meetings have been held and minutes were not taken please provide dates, times and attendance lists for such meetings.
