Thank you for your recent request for information which I have enclosed
below for ease of reference. Your request has been treated in accordance
with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and/or the Environmental
Information Regulations 2004.

I can confirm that we do hold the information that falls within the scope

Under the freedom of information act 2000 I kindly request that you please
provide me with the following information:

1) Between 1st July 2023 and 1st July 2024 how many School Attendance
Orders were issued? - 1

2) Between 1st July 2023 and 1st July 2024 how many of the school
attendance orders that were issued were prosecuted for non-compliance? - 0

3)Between 1st July 2023 and 1st July 2024 how many Education Supervision
Orders where put in place? - 0

3) Of the School Attendance Orders issued between 1st July 2023 and 1st
July 2024 and prosecuted for non-compliance how many were the parent found
by the court to be not guilty? - N/A

4) Of the school Attendance orders issued between 1st July 2023 and 1st
July 2024 how many did result in a child being registered in school? - 1

5)Of the School Attendance Orders issued between 1st July 2023 and 1st
July 2024 how many have not been prosecuted for non-compliance or revoked?
– 1
