possible, please can you clarify the following:

What is a 'pru'?
What do you mean by 'agency spend'? Does this only relate to teaching
staff?
 
We will not be able to take this matter further without this additional
information; please let us know by 22/01/2018. If we do not hear from you
by this date, we shall assume that you do not wish to pursue this request
and will consider it closed.

Thank you for your request for information that was received on 8 January
2018, and also for your clarification the details of which are given
below:
 
Could you please provide me with the agency spend for all schools,
including primary,secondary,sen, pru's and alternative education settings
for September 2017-present ideally split by the total cost, agency names
and cost per agency.

CLARIFICATION:- A PRU is a pupil refferal unit or exclusion unit? We
require spend for school supply staff please.
 
We are dealing with your request under the Freedom of Information Act
2000  and we aim to send a response by 6 February 2018.
 
In some cases, a fee may be payable.  If we decide a fee is payable, we
will send you a fee notice and we will require you to pay the fee before
proceeding with your request.
 
The Freedom of Information Act 2000  may restrict the release of some or
all of the information you have requested. We will carry out an assessment
and if any exemptions  apply to some or all of the information then we
might not provide that information to you. We will inform you if this is
the case and advise you of your rights to request an internal review and
to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
 
We will also advise you if we cannot provide you with the information
requested for any other reason together with the reason(s) why and details
of how you may appeal (if appropriate).
